We could all do with a little bit of extra help when it comes to this mindfulness thing - and so I've created these cards with your 'happy place' in mind!
Each pack contains 3 different A6 sized cards (each one pictured) which feature quotes that have been originally worded from afton by palm, and individually printed onto lovely textured card. They only feature a small logo on the back so that there is plenty of room for you to write any notes or send as a postcard!
